Dr. Clark is a Clinical Psychologist who has delivered psychological
services in the San Diego area for more than twenty yeras. He was the
Dean of Humanities, Social & Behavorial Sciences & International Programs
at Grossmont College for many years. Recently Dr. Clark taught psychology
classes for the University of Maryland in Japan and the Peoples Republic
of China. Dr. Clark is also past President of The San Diego Association
of Black Psychologists.
Evangeline

Evangeline was born and raised in the Philippines and is fluent
in Tagalog and Ilocano languages. Evangeline is the only Tagalog
and Ilocano native speaker therapist in San Diego. In 1986, she earned
her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and was licensed as
a Marriage and Family Therapist in 1991. She worked as a Counselor
and a Family Advocacy Specialist for the U.S. Navy for 14 years before
opening her practice in San Diego, CA.
